PICTURE FRAMES
Metropolitan has designed a line of deep wood profiles that can be used to create your own custom shadow box picture frames. These deeper profiles will accommodate a selection of different depth custom wood spacers. The spacers separate the glass or acrylic from your artwork or objects.
Metropolitan's custom shadow box gallery frames have optional wood spacers, strainers, 4 or 8 ply museum custom cut matboard, acrylic, and archival backing boards. All our gallery frames are available in all the Metropolitan woods and finishes.
SHADOW BOX PICTURE FRAMES
PROFILE 116
The 116 profile can be used to create a custom shadow box picture frame. Available in 5 woods and 35 finishes the 116 profile will accommodate a 2" spacer for framing dimensional artwork and objects. When combined with a strainer this custom shadowbox picture frame can be used on large artwork presentations.
Optional: spacers, strainers, mats, acrylic, & backing boards.
SHADOW BOX PICTURE FRAMES
PROFILE 115
The 115 profile can be used to create a custom shadow box picture frame. Available in 5 woods and 35 finishes the 115 profile will accommodate a 1" spacer for framing dimensional artwork and objects. When combined with a strainer this custom shadowbox picture frame can be used on large artwork presentations.

Saint John's Bible Project
As a manufacturer, we are asked to do special projects. For this project we made a custom 6" deep frame and spacer so that two pages could be displayed at a time. This exhibition traveled to many different venues nationally and internationally. Some of the cases were made of different woods and finishes to better suit the different exhibition spaces.
